How to defend ourselves from false beliefs and scientific lies
In Berlin, Wim Wenders has declared that “the true utopia is not the Fall of the Wall, but what has been achieved in some lands of Calabria, Riace in the head”. Enough to make a movie on it. But this is not an utopia. Developing intercultural model proposed by Riace is a future that has fluorished by now, reinterpreting in an original and surprising way the challenges of globalization.

Our body is constantly being reshaped by using new medical technologies and the natural boundary of life is always moving ahead. From a humanistic conception of experience we are slowly moving to a post-humanist condition where the boundary with the non-human fades and the human dimension explodes.
Institutional racism nourishes people’s xenophobia and uses it to legitimize itself: a vicious circle typical of today’s Italy. The refusal of the migrants – if not as manpower –, the contempt of minorities and cultural difference draw the picture of a country on the brink of disaster.
